Introduce
Tell people who you are without shrinking or performing.
(01) THE PERSON BEHIND THE VOICE
Learn to speak with confidence and clarity — so you can connect, influence and inspire in conversations, meetings, pitches, presentations and on stage.

Experience behind the school
(02) BEYOND THE STAGE
You speak long before you step onto a stage.
Every introduction, conversation, idea, pitch and moment of leadership asks you to turn what is inside you into something another person can understand — and perhaps believe, remember or act on.
Tell people who you are without shrinking or performing.
Turn strangers into conversations — and conversations into relationships.
Give your ideas the clarity and conviction they deserve.

Turn what you know into something others can understand and remember.
Create clarity and direction people want to follow.
Move possibility from you into others.
(03) THE UNSPOKEN
Sometimes the problem isn't that you have nothing to say.
You know what you mean. You may even know exactly what needs to happen.
But when the moment comes, what is inside you doesn't always come out the way you intended.

You knew what you wanted to say —
but didn't say it.
You met someone you wanted to connect with —
but didn't know how to introduce yourself.
You had a good idea —
but someone else communicated theirs better.
You knew your idea, product or work had value —
but couldn't help others see what you saw.
You were asked to speak —
and spent more time worrying about yourself than connecting with the room.
You wanted to lead —
but struggled to turn your thoughts into words people could follow.
Your ideas can only travel
as far as your ability
to express them.
(04) THE NEW WORLD APPROACH
We start
with you.
Most speaking training begins with what people can see:
These things matter.
But before there is a speech,
there is a person.
What happens when...
you know the technique,
but still fear being judged?
you know what to say,
but are afraid to say it?
you sound polished,
but no longer sound like yourself?
you are trying so hard to impress the room
that you stop connecting with it?
you speak with confidence,
but have nothing you truly believe in?
Because the quality of your speaking is shaped by more than technique. It is shaped by your relationship with yourself, your relationship with your voice, and your relationship with the people you are speaking to.
Who you are.
↓How truthfully you express it.
↓What happens between you and another human being.
↓What becomes possible when people understand and trust you.
↓What your voice helps move in the world.
(05) THE INNER BARRIER

So we edit ourselves.
We overthink.
We perform.
We imitate.
We wait until we feel ready.
Sometimes we stay silent.
Fear says:
Stay small.
Voice says:
Step forward.
Technique can improve your speech.
Freedom changes the speaker.
Learning to speak is not about becoming fearless. It is learning that fear does not have to decide whether your voice enters the room.
(06) THE JOURNEY
You don't need to become a professional speaker. You don't need to want a stage. You simply begin where you are — and develop your voice for wherever life needs it to take you.

I dare to express myself.
Build confidence in being seen and heard. Begin discovering how you naturally communicate.
I can communicate what I mean.
Bring your voice into real life — conversations, introductions, meetings, networking and presentations.
I can move understanding and decisions.
Learn to communicate ideas with clarity, conviction and intention. Pitch. Persuade. Enroll. Lead.
I can move people.
Use stories, ideas and vision to help people see possibilities they could not see before.
My voice serves something bigger than me.
A business. An idea. A community. A cause. A mission. A better world.
Not everyone needs to become a professional speaker.
For some, speaking becomes a stronger life skill.
For some, it becomes part of how they lead.
For some, it becomes part of how they build.
And for some, their voice becomes one of the ways they create the impact they are here to make.
(07) START HERE
Speak with greater confidence, clarity and connection — wherever life asks you to use your voice.
You don't need to be a speaker. You don't need a stage. You don't need to know where speaking might eventually take you. You simply need to know there are moments when you want to express yourself better than you do today.

Introduce yourself with more confidence, ease and clarity.
Enter conversations naturally and create genuine connection.
Turn what is in your head into something others can understand and follow.
Help people see the value of an idea, product or opportunity.
Communicate with conviction when a choice needs to be made.
Use ideas and stories in a way people can feel and recall.
Ready to begin?
(08) BEYOND THE FOUNDATION
For some, speaking remains a powerful life skill.
For others, the voice becomes central to how they lead, teach, build, advocate, sell, inspire or create change.
They may need to stand in front of a room. Pitch an idea. Build belief around a business. Lead a community. Teach what they know. Represent a cause. Or turn their experience into a message that travels far beyond them.

When speaking becomes part of the work you are here to do, your development needs to go further.
It is no longer only
“How do I speak well?”
It becomes
“What is my voice for?”
(09) THE ADVANCED PATH
When speaking becomes part of how you create impact, the next question is what role your voice needs to play.
For some, speaking becomes the profession. For others, speaking serves the work.
Pathway 01

Your message becomes the business.
For people who want to build a professional speaking career around their expertise, experiences, ideas and message.
Keynotes. Training. Workshops. Thought leadership. Professional speaking opportunities.
Learn to turn what you know and what you have lived into a message people will invest time, attention and money to hear.
Pathway 02

Your voice serves the mission.
For founders, leaders, innovators, educators, advocates and mission-led people who do not necessarily want speaking to become their profession.
They need speaking because the work they are building requires them to:
Pitch. Influence. Enroll. Lead. Inspire. Mobilize.
Your voice becomes the bridge between what you believe is possible and the people you need to bring with you.
You may never call yourself a professional speaker.
But your mission may require you to speak like one.
Commercial Speaker
The message is the business.
Speaker for a Cause
The voice serves the mission.
The advanced path is not where everyone starts.
It is for people who have developed their foundations and discovered that speaking plays a meaningful role in the work they are here to do.
Your journey begins with the foundation. Where it leads depends on your voice, your work, and what you are here to contribute.
Start your speaking journey(10) EXPERIENCE
New World Speaking School may be new. The work behind it is not.
The school is built on more than 15 years of speaking, training, developing speakers and helping people communicate ideas that move audiences, organizations and communities.

We have worked with people learning to find their voice.
We have developed speakers learning to turn expertise and experience into messages.
We have seen professional speakers build platforms around what they know.
We have worked with organizations looking for people who can communicate, influence and inspire.
And we have seen the difference between someone who simply knows how to speak — and someone people genuinely want to listen to.
That experience shaped the philosophy behind New World Speaking School.
(11) THE PEOPLE

Founder / Lead Faculty
After years of speaking, training and developing speakers, Eric saw a recurring pattern. People often believed their speaking problem was technique. They wanted better delivery. Better stories. More confidence. More presence.
But beneath the technique was often a deeper question:
Who is the person speaking?
New World Speaking School was created from the belief that great communication begins before the first word is spoken. It begins with the person behind the voice.
The goal is not to create speakers who sound like Eric. It is to help people sound more fully like themselves.
(12) VOICES IN MOTION
Speaking development is visible. You hear it in the confidence. You see it in the presence. You feel it in the way someone connects with a room.
The strongest proof is not what we say about our students. It is what they are able to say for themselves.

(13) FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Organizations are shaped by how people communicate. Ideas need to be explained. Leaders need to create clarity. Teams need to speak honestly. People need to present, pitch, influence and inspire.
New World Speaking School works with organizations that want to develop people who communicate with greater confidence, clarity, authenticity and influence.

Capability areas
Corporate and institutional programs can be customized around the communication challenges your people face.
Develop your people(14) THE MANIFESTO
Your voice matters.
Whether you want to speak with more confidence in a room, connect more naturally, pitch an idea, lead people, build belief around a business, step onto a stage, or champion something that matters —
it begins with learning to speak from who you are.
Every voice
begins
somewhere.
